Cinderella is a fairytale with many variations, from children’s storybooks, to ballets, musicals, and films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three of my favorite versions are: the novel by Gregory Maguire,  Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister<\/em>; the film Ever After<\/em><\/a>, starring Drew Barrymore; and Disney’s 1950 animated feature film, Cinderella<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m excited to see the live-action version which will be released in Japan on April 25th.<\/p>\n<\/div>
