由志園・Yuushien

ゴールデンウィークに由志園へ遊びに行って来ました。たくさんの牡丹が咲いていてとてもきれいでした！

During Golden Week, we visited the beautiful garden on Daikonshima, Yuushien.  The garden is famous for its peonies and has 250 different Japanese varieties.  Many were still in full bloom while we were there.

晴れていて小道もゆっくり散歩しました。美しい朱色の橋を渡り、小さな滝を眺めました。

It was a warm, sunny day, with a brilliant blue sky.  We strolled along the garden paths, over the beautiful vermiliion bridge, and admired the little waterfall.

私の好きなキレイな藤の花もありました💜

Also stunning were the trellises with their veils of blooming wisteria.💜

お花が咲いてます・Lovely daphne

今日はずっと雨降りそうですね。でも私はヘアーイノベーションの近くを歩いているとジンチョウゲが咲いてました。びっくり早いです！このお花はとても良い匂いでいつも春が来た事を教えてもらいます。

This morning was overcast, and it looked like it might rain at any moment.  Imagine my surprise then, when I caught the powerful scent of daphne in the air while walking to Hair Innovation.  I followed the scent and found a plant already full of fragrant blossoms!

今年は春の訪れが早いかも？  
Is it Springtime already?!?!

Happy May Day🌷

今日は私の一番好きな日です！！メーデーは古くはヨーロッパで始まったお祭りです。5月は素晴らしいですね。天気が良くてたくさんお花が咲いてますね💐。

Today is my favorite day of the year, May 1st❤︎. May is a gorgeous month, full of warm, sunny days, and blooming flowers !

もちろん5年前のホスタはまだ元気そう(*^o^*)。5月は町で散歩しながら花を見るのも楽しいですね。上と下の写真には松江市のキレイな藤の花💜

Of course, my hosta from five years ago has returned again and continues to flourish.😊

While “a-Maying” in my neighborhood I came across the beautiful wisteria pictured in the photos above!

Container Gardening part IX

今日は冬至日ですね！今からどんどん日が長く明るくなりますね。去年と同じおすすめのお花、シクラメンの写真ですが今年はピンクです♥

Today is the winter solstice, and I’m really looking forward to the days getting longer!  Like last year, we ordered a cyclamen for the winter season.  This year we chose a bright pink.

ミニバラ🌹

ヘアーイノベーションのミニバラが咲き始めてます！冬を越えてとても嬉しいです。ミニバラの後ろには４年前のホスタはまだ元気そう♡

The mini rose bush in front of Hair Innovation’s entrance survived the winter and is blooming again!  In the background, my hosta from 4 years ago also continues to flourish.♥
