Matsue City FC

先日の5月15日にお休みを頂いて松江運動公園に松江シティFC VS. デッツォーラ島根に行ってきました。

3年前も見に行きましたが当時は4位に終わり。最近の2シーズンは中国サッカーリーグ を連覇！ライブもありました。観客の方もアナウンスで1000人といっぱいの人で応援できて楽しかったです。

天気もとても良く3−0で松江シティFCが勝ちました！！あまり遠くない将来にはJリーグに参入なるかな？

On May 15th, Mr. K and I went to see a soccer match between Matsue City FC and Dezzolla Shimane.

We saw Matsue City FC play in 2013, and although they finished 4th that season, they were the 2014 and 2015 Chūgoku Soccer League champions!!  On Sunday, there was even live music to get the crowd of over 1000 people, including a fantastic fan group, ready for the match.

The weather was beautiful, and Matsue City FC won 3-0!!  I hope they will be champions again, and eventually Matsue will have a team in the J1 League.

Happy Mother’s Day

今年も母の日の花をお友達のお花屋さんに届けて頂きました。そしたらかわいいブーケをヘアーイノベーションにプレゼントしてくれました！！

去年はお店におすすめのアジサイを飾っていましたが、今年は山崎さんのお母さんへのプレゼントをアジサイにしました♡

しかし！！ヘアーイノベーションの去年のアジサイはまだまだ元気です！多分今年も咲いてくれます！！

This year we also ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from our friend’s flower shop.  As a thank you, he included this cute paper basket bouquet for Hair Innovation!!

Last year, we ordered the original hydrangea variety called: Mangekyou to display at the salon, and a bouquet for Mr. K’s mother.  This year, however, we ordered this beautiful hydrangea variety for her. ♡

But look!  Last year’s hydrangea is still green, and it looks like it may even bloom again!!  I can’t wait to see the flowers.

Happy May Day♡

Today is my favorite day of the year, May 1st!!

May is such a lovely month, full of beautiful weather, when Spring is at its fullest.  Although the cherry blossoms are gone, the trees in front of Hair Innovation are now full of new green leaves.

This year, my hosta from three years ago has returned again and continues to flourish.  There are also more succulents, and in the oval container is a mini rose plant with ivy.

May is also a great month to enjoy walking around your neighborhood, like in this scene from Mary Poppins.  Even this pigeon couple is going “a-Maying” !😉

今日は私の一番好きな日です！！メーデーは古くはヨーロッパで始まったお祭りです。

本当に５月は素晴らしいですね。天気が良いし春真っただ中って感じです。さくらの木は花が終わりましたが、新しく緑の葉がたくさんついて、これもまたキレイですね。

今年も３年前のホスタはまだ元気そう！多肉植物も増えました！キャラクターが腰掛けているコンテナにはミニばらとアイビーです。

５月は町で散歩しながら花を見るのも楽しいですね。皆さんメリーポピンズのようにお出かけしましょう！右写真で鳩の夫婦も出かけてます！😂

玉湯川のさくら

先週の大雨が降る前日、お友達と一緒に玉造で桜を見に行きました！玉湯川のさくらはとてもキレイ！！また、来年もキレイなさくらを待ってま〜す。♡

Last week, before it rained, I was lucky my friend took me to see the beautiful cherry trees at Tamatsukuri, on the south side of Lake Shinji.  The trees are along both sides of the Tamayu River and are even lit up in the evenings while the trees are in bloom.

花見・Flower Viewing

お店の前の桜（なかよし公園）は満開です！！とてもキレイですね🌸

そして、鳥さんも花見してますね😉

The cherry trees in front of Hair Innovation are in full bloom!! The flowers are absolutely lovely🌸. Even the blue heron is captivated by them!

UPDATE

Unfortunately, these trees were cut down in January 2022 as part of an ongoing process to improve the flow of the canal and prevent flooding. However our neighbor at 有限会社馬場印刷所 was able to save some saplings, and one of them bloomed in Spring 2024❤︎
